DESCRIPTION:The universe as a whole contains all reference objects and proc
 esses as internal elements and must therefore admit a purely relational de
 scription. Pure Shape Dynamics is a concrete formulation of a completely r
 elational description of a physical system. The main postulate is that the
  dynamics of the system can be described as an equation of state of the lo
 cal differential geometry of the system’s pure curve in relational confi
 guration space. I will first illustrate this principle using a simple dyna
 mical system to highlight the main features of the Pure Shape Dynamics app
 roach. I will then show how General Relativity can be reformulated to alig
 n with these foundational principles\, and proceed to present the explicit
  Pure Shape Dynamics description of General Relativity.
